YEAR 12 and 13 chemistry
- Chemistry is the study of the composition of materials and their interaction.
- These are academic subjects, requiring a sound background in Year 11 Science and competence in mathematics (MAE) is a suggested co-requisite)
- Chemistry at Level 2 and 3 is vital for a large number of careers and tertiary courses.
- As well as chemical knowledge, students should gain skill in problem-solving, pattern recognition, constructing logical arguments and comprehension.
